***Toyota Smart Lost Key Solution - No Id code needed***

Hi all still no help on this car. I have an update on the car which turns out to be worse problem.
Today I received the xhorse Toyota dongle (FT-OBD tool) I ordered and went to the car, do an immo backup with the tool, generate an emergency key with xhorse Toyota smart key and like before the ignition switch can turn to green light when break switch is depressed but won't start because the steering lock won't unlock.
However, the owner decided to disconnect the battery to stop cooling fan from draining the battery and after that the ignition switch won't come on no matter what. So I am actually lost of ideas on what I should specifically do, please if you or any forum member can help me, I will really appreciate that.

Can any one help me, making remote on toyota rush keyless go system. I just start the car with transpondet programming, but can't match electric key(remote lock unlock). Keyless ecu no: 8990-B4010
