the immo box cab be with the Motor ecu ?

hi guys..need advice for toyota auris x 2013 manual key system..its a bank repo an i need to make keys as like most repos client doesnt wanna give keys...i removed immo from car but no eeprom chip on it..so how now? engine ecu has tricore so no eeprom chip....part no for immo box is 89780-12320 with R5 in top right hand corner of box..dealers say immo box and key will cost about 400usd plus labour which will allow for coding keys..please advise if there is another routethanks in advance

i removed ID-BOX, and read smart eprom, please reset for me in order to program keys using diagnostic device.
