Autocom 2013.3 CDP+ problem, need help

Hi. After succesfull instalation Autocom 2013.3 and do activation, software start, usb drivers intalation, but after open, software want to update firmware, when I click buttom UPDATE, after try update I have error. All screan in .rar.
Can't choice any car to diagnose
Any advise ?

You have to connect autocom to car OBD plugin and then try update again. Without power you just can't do firmware updates!

I done with connect power from OBD2 in car, the same.

your version firmware is 1230 so try with autocom 2012 it will work

yes veriosn 2012 works good, is there any posibility to use 2013.3?? or too old tool ?

Yes your firmware no good, replace firmware in the folder Autocom Program.

Or test a file attachments Autocom Fix and firmware :
