Sounds like you have a PSU problem open it up and look at the Capacitors on the PSU if they are bulged at the top they will need replacing or replace the PSU about a tenner on Flea Bay.

Before you buy one just try disconnecting the Coax Cable and Power Box up and change channels obviously you wont have any just to see if box stays stable. PSU produces 18-20V for LNB Power so it can switch between H&V polarity this is when your box is resetting itself.

If it stays stable it's your PSU.

Horizontal & Vertical Polarity on LNB different Transponders have different polarisation and frequency hence the 18-20Volt to switch the LNB between Horizontal and Vertical Polarity.

If you disconnect the Coax cable to the LNB there will be no load on PSU to switch the LNB therefore if box doesn't reboot when you change channels it points to a PSU fault.

    Hope this helps.
