I have Galletto V53 such as this

When I change date I can run EOBD2.exe without dongle (v53 and v54) but I have LOW VOLTAGE problem.

USB FG FIX changes nothing.

Tool number: M0475

Can anybody help me to run V53 with v54 software(or v53)?

You connect tool to obd to feed it? Or just to usb?

Usb and OBD.

The cars added in v54 will not be read by v53 unit... Tested.
buy a v54 from car-prog if you want to run it good without errors

Can you share with us what are those cars added in v54 that are not present in v53 and you tested?

skoda 1.2TSI SIMOS 10 not working with v53 china by obd but works with v54 euro.

this is the only difference that i have tested this days

Two days ago, without reason I have the same problem (on the laptop I only have Win XP SP3 and FGtech V53). Nothing gives configuration FTDI and "USB Fix"

The FT232R also includes the new FTDIChip-ID™ security dongle feature. This
FTDIChip-ID™ feature allows a unique number to be burnt into each device during manufacture. This
number cannot be reprogrammed. This number is only readable over USB and forms a basis of a security

I think that the "USB fix" does not change the data in eeprom ftdi, but converts data exchange between FTDI - PC ....?

Now V53 will not start, and the V54 is inactive buttons ...
I have two identical fgtech and it is the same. The installation on another laptop does not work.


Is there any solution? It will help anyone?

If sw not recognize serial pls check mcu solder.
Probably mcu is bad soldered to the pcb
