Vw Touran Hot Start Problem EDC 16U1 - Needs attention to hot start map

Not working so well. until 70 Degrades is starts fine but when it reach 90 is not working well . at 90 degrades i have to keep turning the starter for 40 seconds

Check DTCs, you probably have problems with camshaft position sensor.

its a hot start problem why check CMP?
if car start good when cold fix hot star and all be fine.

but with a lot of torque for that ?C you gonna kill the flywheel and sometimes if is a weak battery the engine can't turn . don't have strength because off combustion force .

Guys, the problem is fixed....you would not believe what it was. Petrol in Diesel . Bad i didn't check that first time . But the customer ( lady customer ) forgot to tell us the car starts act strange and start hard after she did the last refuel.

All sorted up now. original software in and car goes away .... but it was strange....once it was cold...everything was fine....once it gets more than 80 Degrades that's it...

I'm trying to make a rule from now on.....

Women + Diesel car = Check for petrol )

its a hot start problem why check CMP?
if car start good when cold fix hot star and all be fine.

When rev sensor on gearbox is faulty, car doesn't start.
When camshaft position sensor is faulty, car starts good when cold, it starts in long time when hot and even hot-start solution doesn't work.
So better to check DTCs before making hot start modify on ecu.

Believe me, and try if you want on every 1.9/2.0tdi 105/140/170 engine.

check your starter mate, If its Valeo`s one, probably thats the prob
