please some1 help..iv done everything i know of to get my box to display sky sports after scan but i only get sky sports 2 on a channel ts 34 and im using latest firmware have scanned several times direct feed, i live in bristol with it being or was telewest and now virgin. why doesnt the scan find sky sports????

i am using the latest firmware have also tried 1.07 and have reset factory settings etc andused secret menu etc etc
