In you hardware ref, spare a 0, real ref hw is 0281015044.
I seems that you read the file with Fgtech, rigth?
In principle, this software version have tprot v02, and can read-write in obd without problem, but it depends on interface used for write.
I make various 123d in obd, without problem, but i use cmdflash original.
For security, the best opcion is read-write in boot-tricore.

For me ,
This file can be programmed by OBD2

Always is safety boot mode . But in BMW is only little safety boot mode.
Only clone tool can make you problem with this SW
