Default Opel Corsa D Ecu blowing fuse

    Hey mates,

I got an Opel Corsa D Z13DTJ 2007 model and ecu MJD 6O3.S3 55568383. This car came to me because it's blowing the fuse for main relay all the time (10amps) !

The DTC shows P1625 and if you disconnect the main relay fuse still goes bad,,,,, i've tried everything ,,, at last i disconnected the ecu and fuse is ok with ignition on!!

I have opened the ecu but there is no visible burnt component or something

Has anyone seen this before? is there a way to repair the ecu?

I have read somewhere that the chip L9131 is controlling the power output and input of the ecu,,, maybe it's shorted?

    Cheers

Hm have long time ago sharan 1.9 tdi not pd
Gui draive with blowing fuse until car stops at all
Dead fuel pump regulator, shorted oleays ecu and blowed fuse every 10 miles
Ford fiesta 1.4tdci luse wires from crankshaft sensor sorted to driveshaft blowing fuses ecu until car not start at all
tray disconect some sensors first maibe here something shorting
I can help you but only if you want me to help you
All the questions should start from what car, what year, what engine is what fuel. What are the symptoms of the problem. Only then is what you know, what fault code, live data, what you have done.

I have tried unplugging sensors but its still the same! Only difference is when unplugging ecu!

Today ive tried another ecu from a multijet (totally different nunbers) and the fuse is ok!

Fuse is 10 amps in the front fusebox and as far as I remember its in the 20th position (not really sure as car is kinda far from me and I come and go)

Did you sort this meanwhile ? I have a similar issue... will update in the afternoon

So I opened the ECU, it doens't have visible water damage... alltough someone else has resoldered the big capacitors... in my case it kept blowing the F33 fuse 10A.... I replaced it with a 15A fuse ... that isn's blowing anymore, but still no crack and DTC P1625-02 Main relay low voltage...!Any suggestion is welcomed

Sounds like both cars voltage regulator, work out which pin is incoming then first chip it hits see if gets hot and type number off chip into google with datasheet

Ok, so updating this issue... the 15A got burnt eventually ... so what I did today was to remove the rail sensor plug(see photo) upgrade to 20A fuse.... (see photo) and the Main relay error was gone but I got a new one (see photo) ... after 5 minutes on ignition I started to smell burnt... and after seeing what's about.... all those parts in the red circle were burning hot... does that mean that the ecu is gone ? or should I unplug all sensors first and see what changes ? Me, never seen a Capacitor dtc before...thanks
