tms370c036 problem with upa

Is it possible to read this tms with upa usb v1,1.
I connect like it say in manual but only read 00
upa say that read success but only 00.
I need to read this tms from twingo ecu MM IAW 6R.30.
How to connect this on upa usb adapter for tms if upa can read this tms.

I have connect like in this picture and just read 00
Upa say that connection are ok but only read 00 when try read more thimes show something but cannot read.
I try verify once say ok once error.

Do you have dump for upa v1.2 maybe my upa dont work.
I buy this upa dealer say that is v1.2 but i need to change eprom dump bicouse is not work with soft v1.2.
Its read eprom and motorola witouth problem but maybe have problem with this tms

You need to read in adapter, can read it in-circuit too but need to lift some pin if I remember 6 and 58, , so better solution is read on adapter.
