Don't want this type of customers. We can't get every business's out there but I get the business that I want - QUALITY CUSTOMERS ALWAYS REFER OTHERS QUALITY CUSTOMERS.

I got information from Qinuo who were the first distributor of the machine(they don't manufacture it).
They told me they will quit offering it to heir customers because of many problems with the quality. I'm not sure if this is true, though.

Very strange....

I have ask Eva from QINUO and she tel me full working and all customer are very happy about this cutter.

QINUO is right they were only resellers and have stop selling this unit due to many issues.. other china stores still try sell it.

I have had nothing but problems since being a early adopter back in June for one of these machine.. i actually have 2 of these now just sitting here doing nothing.

pretty sure the factory making these is kkkcut.com

so i been talking with the manufacturer and it looks like they have a new update out but i need to send my main board back and LCD screen for the update which is annoying.. it cannot be done by USB... Releases after this update can be done by USB/online.

Also, they now have a built in (instacode) database like condor which is new.. so I hope most my problems are solved. Still thinking about sending back for the update or selling machine and buying the condor??

I actually must say been quite happy with the new updates on this.. and cutting has improved MUCH better.. actually using this machine now.

I'm still not confident to use to decode some keys.. but cutting to code is a huge improvement with the latest update... never purchase the v6/v8/condor so can't compare em.. I nearly sold it off early days of owning it and looked at buying the condor... but seems the condor has its own issues.

tried cutting a VA2 citroen key today via code and it failed miserably.. distroying my cutter!

Need to buy another cutter now

Decoder is copy. Cutter in the middle is copy. And the original from Miracle is on the right side.
