when i install my XPROG ON A NEW COMPUTER AND TRY TO USE IT I AM GETTING THE MESSAGE UNABLE TO OPEN UNDEFINED DEVICE has anyone else ever had this problem before

Control your usb connector and try to desactivate the driver of device and install it again

Probably caused by last update of Adobe Acrobat reader XI.
Try unistall it and instal older version X.
