You do one of the methods not both...

In Decoder select "MAGNETI MARELLI IAW 8P.XX SWAP EPROM - Totale/Parziale"

You do not need the dump from Your 27C512. Just follow these instructions:

    1) Click on save

    2) Unzip the saved file

    3) Program a new blank EPROM 27C512 with this file

    4) Replace the ORIGINAL 27C512 with the above.

    5) Turn the ignition ON for 30 seconds (do not start the car)

    6) Turn off the ignition and replace the 27C512 with the ORIGINAL 27C512

    7) Remove the immo box for Total immo off.

    8) Start the car

    Try and post result please.

Immo box is located on the steering column and it is a plastic black box.
Do not forget to look for an original file for Your EEPROM as the one You posted is probably damaged... and no matter what You do You will have problems with it...

The second option by the MCU is also correct but most of the time the clone programmers do not do that good of a job reading and writing the Motorola MCUs and people get confused with the results. If You have original Motorola Programmer then You can try.

the problem solved....the immo box is behind of the glove.....the operation has as:i put the clock file on the 27c512 , open the switch for 3 minute's,close the switch , remove the yelow plug from immo box ,and cut 2 pins from ecu:10and 15 ... and i put on the ecu the original 27c512..... the car start ....

Does the battery terminal need to be removed when replacing the chip?
