need help

so i bought a openbox v5s and got gift lots of channels saying no signal i have ajs channle list etc when i had my slybox evrychannel worked but now i have the openbox i cant even get channel 5 and olots of other channels any ideas please

Check your cable, lnb then I would do a full blknd scan on astra 28.2 to see if it picks up the channels, if it doest reset the box and reinstall aj channel list and your sub

Cable is fine when I plug the slybox in every channel works when I change to openbox get a few channels and loads of no signal
