Renault Twingo IR key problem

Hello!

I am looking for something solution for Renault Twingo IR key.
How can I know emergency code for this.
Unfortunately I don't have key label.
How can I calculated code? From 93C46 eeprom inside in roofpanel or VIN or key chip?
Codecard can calculate only megane/scenic key. Twingo chip is working in Megane I key?
I woludn't like to turn off immo in ECU.
