Default TOYOTA USED SMART KEY REGISTRATION

    Hi everybody,
I have a 2009 Toyota Corolla with smart key and AVDI with Toyota commander. Is there anybody who has experience how to add one more USED key to the car?

How much Freq for Original keys if it is 315 then you can add Used keys if 433 then only new keys . yes used possible in 433 but must be remove ID box
i think so you have 433 so you cannot add used key until you reset id code box . if 315 ok you can reset with Avdi see instruction thats all

100 % man , you can add used key after reset id box but as you know Khalej always problem when are key lost
avdi can not reset until you remove id box , you have to reset both by avdi dump function
smart box and id code box or you can make backup keys by avdi with tpx2 I think you knows that already

Before you going to open id code box please better ask Gwee
according Gwee saying my info false , yes I am agree with gwee because I am not expert in Toyota only I knows little
but what I knows I share . Also I am agree with gwee it is possible to add used key
inside dump to smart box . But didn't try before I always make reset to add used keys

but please if your car freq 433.2 then you should try with 433.2 not with 315

cars outside US...Impossible to add used keys without removing id code box

However, IT IS POSSIBLE to add used keys BUT it is only known very few people or members here, it is highly classified information!! so now for time being for you, you cannot add used keys to cars which are outside US(where US:J2534 laws does not apply!!)

In USA 315 freq. is reusable by resetting 16min. With drivers door open and don't push to start the ignition at all. Durning that 16min wait I replace the proxy battery and check the pcb board to make sure they match.

even japan or europe region, some models below 2009 are possible to do the 16 min reset, but always a risk to corrupt the esl.

So finally the car is in Canada, MY 04/2009 and the smart keys are 433MHz. AVDI with TN005 (toyota special function) authorization has a option to reset ID BOX by LIN bus (you don't need to remove the dash). My question is which way to go, erase the keys (15 min) or ID-box reset by LIN bus (12 Hours)?

Even You erase all Keys < You Cannot add used Smart key 433 mhz Keyless Via Obd . and Never Try to Erase Keys in 433 mHZ There is 99 % Risk . Sometimes After Reset Keys when you try to Add used key system Blocked car stoop . no more ignition On .Better Option Buy new Key Program that 5 min job with avdi , Full Free Tension
