Default Mercedes w204 220cdi Delphi DCM3.2 dead after chiptuning

Today I do a Mercedes C220CDI 2007 w204 220cdi delphi DCM3.2 ecu. After tuning I drive car for 2 miles. Then I stop car and try to start it again. Car don't crank and nothing light up in car. I have stil have contact With engine, AB and ESP With diagnostic tool. Files looks okey and can read and Write to ECU BDM.

Have try orginal file also. No faultcode on ecu.

    What can be wrong ?
