    Default C16Cxx Flash Programming..

    Hello DK

I'm looking for some opinions about boot flash programming ecu types with infineon C16Cxx

First question what is the best equipment out there genuine or clone ?

I have clone Piasini but todate never read or write flash in boot.

I have euro FG Tech V54 which does work for some variants but deffo not all that is listed. The strange thing is the tool does read various listed but many of these it will not write.

I have no problem removing any flash and reading writing. But now I'm becoming inquisitive about what should be possible.

    WBR

    Hi

My findings cover various ecu variants and car models.

    BMW

Siemens MS43 read only 100% Dataman match

    Citroen Peugeot:

Sagem S2000PM no read or write

    Renault:

Delphi TRW DDCR read only 100% Dataman match

    Mercedes:

Siemens SIMKLE read only 100% Dataman match

I tried various adjustments in time etc at boot.

I'm wondering if my hardware has an issue especially in the ecu's I can read good but not write. Or maybe there is another option when writing which I'm missing.

M8, with that expectations... must go for genuine tools!! You will save your money.
From my experience Alientech tools are the best.

    Hi morgano

I have kkl and old galletto cable..
What software is it that works for boot reading the above?

The euro Fg Tech does deal with some of the common Bosch stuff but not the above even though they are listed.

I think morgano is meaning this:
    NefMoto - Index

With a KKL or Galletto cable. ME7 units can be done with Fg Tech

Which Alientech product covers the above C16C flash boot reading guys ?

    I don't see this listed only ST10...

I will continue to remove flash and stop looking for a needle in a haystack
