Hi friends
I need some help to solve this problem.
I have one Vw passat B6 diesel with this code: 001025 - EGR System P0401 - 000 - Insufficient Flow - MIL ON
I have clean EGR and clean filter behind engine but without successes, checked pipes all is okk,
finally changed the egr body but, without success yet.
Someone been through it, will be the intake manifold problems?
I?ll appreciate any suggestions

Check wiring to EGR, but not off that egr is faulty, cheaper solution is egr off.

Hi friend
I have checked wiring for EGR all is ok, if wiring fault the error will be permanent.
I can reset error and run car for days without flash engine light.
Suggestions please!!

check the maf sensor measuring block

What reading do you get from MAP sensor ? I think this has one.
