Here is a ABS unit to Opel Vectra B
    TRW 13216601

See my pitures how to open.
This get bad solder points as I show.

Resolder and seal top hood back on abs unit and run

Hi. What tool did you use to take ot the sensor?
I had one unit with same problem, i have sent it to BBA-Reman, after the repair i have opened the unit to see what`s changed.
The surprise was ,that the old sensor was still there ( i have made a mark on it), the ECU was not open, so my question is : What did they do?
The unit works again and no Brake pressure Error.

Ollync, what, It looks like I am wrong.....
This sensor is a hell to take a way, use small toll to put under sensor and then change to bigger tool when sensor is coming up a bit.

BUT please put pictures on your fix'd abs unit up here.

    Hi.
Pictures i have none, i had to mount the unit back to the car quick because the owner needed the car.
I don't think they have cleaned something. The DTC was C0131 pressure sensor circuit, something electrical....who knows.
I will buy one second hand unit and i will try to take out and disassemble the sensor and dig more...

Searching the internet i found this.... http://www.lpkf.com/newsletter/lds/925/929/291.htm

The sensor looks pretty much like the one in the MK60 unit.

In this sensor it look's a litle bit diffrent.

If someone has a new or working abs unit in stock please mesure ohm on connections so we can compare to my broken.

It's a hell to disamble the sensor and not distroy it....

How do the fix the sensor by not removing it... ??? Hm...

Is it a simple way to fix this... Does the sensor "hang" it self in open or closed way so if you flush the channels in abs unit so the sensor get clean in this oil channel?
    ... Hm....

I need ohm test from a working sensor, please help!

Hi, I have here fault ESP MK60 from Peugeot with same fault ... and the difference in resistance is +-0,02 Mohm but the resistance in Kohm is different your is 13,2 mine is 8,74 Kohm. I'm interested in this ultrasonic solution too because I change a lot of hydraulic blocks on VW because of this fault.

I have some broken abs units at my place now and find out that ohm is diffrent on every one....

And it is Inpossible to take sensor out from alu.block with out making scratchs and marks on sensor and alu.block.
It is fitted hard! In alu.block!!!!

Only way that they can repair this units is by flushing sensor cannels!

So we need to build a test bench so we can know "when" sensor is working again.

Hm... What channels is passing the sensor?
We have 6 connections on alu.block.

The sensor has one opening to get fluid in to it, and in that opening you find a hole in the wall 90degres

Looks like a gel is the connection when pressure in system.

Default How to repair ABS system and units thread (repair, help, questions)

Okej.... When you take it apart you brak small alu wire as is connected to pcb

At the bottom of the hole in to sensor there
is a "gel" as I think is making conntact when presure is on or off.
Not easy to take a photo thru microscope and my mobile )

I think the connection-gel in the hole to sensor is the problem.
A clean out by ultracleaner can fix it.
