    Default Golf mk7 2.0 tdi 184hp - Bosch EDC17C64 complete archive for study

    Dear all,
    this is another complete edc17c64 archive I read with MAGPRO on boot mode from a Golf mk7 GTD my2014.

    It includes:
    - password (50min read more or less)
    - e2p
    - flash as I read from ECU
    - flash as I wrote after making a tprotOFF

    Hope to get some "thanks" as nobody ever posted a Golf mk7 GTD file until now.

    As you remember, I already posted a Golf mk7 1.6 tdi 90hp - Bosch EDC17C64 complete archive for study here

    Is the Golf GTI and Skoda VRS using EDC17C64? Someone mentioned Simmos for these but I'm not sure.

    EDC = electronic diesel control

    So GTI and VRS with petrol engine could never have an EDC.

    There are Diesel versions of the GTI and VRS, that's what I was referring to. The GTD/GTI Diesel is the same car. Not sure if the VRS uses a different badge in some countries.

    Thanks for this file. Reports are that the updated and repaired cars are not performing as well as the cheat. It will be interesting to understand the differences. If this one is updated could you please post the updated file for comparison. Regards and thanks again.
