That's strange. I read the eeprom outside the board (and IPA bath) with three different tools and I always get the same .bin.
I don't think the dump is corrupt. Unless the EEPROM is broken.

I don't think the new cluster can be adapted using that PIN method.
Afaik that PIN method is only for very old clusters.
