I guess this Visteon cluster is your replacement cluster?
If so what is your original cluster? If you have already read immo please post it here as a file you read preferably.
(If I'm wrong about orig and target cluster please post all details here then.)

To transfer immo data to VDO cluster you need to do it by OBD using suitable tool.
You cannot do it by eeprom only.
