R270 Repair guide

There is a lot r270 which is order from china which not work. I bought too and test it doesn't read ezs 1j35d, it give unknown pin error. After looking in this motherboard I saw something.
Pin 2 is 12V, pin 26 is gnd, when I check with multimeter there is no voltage. One strange think is that when I plug adapter 12V to r270 and check with multimetet it have voltage for 1 second then it gone. After I disconect adapter and connect again it have again voltage but for 1 second. Then now I see, every time when I plug adapter it have voltage for 1 second and it's gone. Maybe there is users which good electronic knowledge, which parts can be problematic and give this problem with voltage to apper for 1 second and gone, every time when plug adapter, here is picture of board. mozda je i to neznam ali pstoje 3 razlicite plocice.3 diferent motherboard

Napon nestaje, svaki put kada istekas i ustekas pojavi se za sekundu. This is motherbard same like other which work, but there is some element which not work and voltage appear for second and gone, maybe some with good electronic knwoledge can give opinion.

I am not understand, you mean voltage stabilisity?
I check adapter it have 12V.

If I good understaned problem is in cable, but I check voltage also on connector witohut cables and in connectors alo same thing, when I check with multimeter direct on connector.

change voltage stabilizator.promen stabilizator 5v da ne on nesto kurca.recimi koju atmegu je unutar kao sto vidim plocicu tvoja je ona sta mnogima ne rade .nemas onu diodu.pozz

Atmega AU1325, kupio sam ovaj crni jer je skuplji i misio da ce bolje raditi, a na svim plocama vidin u ostalim temama fali dioda.
I bought this black boy beacuse it be expensive and I think that's better what's expensive but no. There missing d1 and d3, c28, r10, some element ds1 but on other board which work missing too.

ok na moju plocicu ima dioda pa radi izvrsno.neznam !??ok on my plate has a diode and works great..back to the Chinese..ja sam vratio superag 2.0 reparirali su ga i vratili natrag sad je ok...kolko ce da kosta iz bosne neznam ..from macedonia to send china 5 euro sending

Iz bosne je skuplje, ne isplati se to i dok ponovo cekam da dodje, probacu nekako sam napraviti pa ako uspijem bit ce dobro i za ostale korisnike.

Here is picture from dk board is same like mine and it work for this user, so think problem on mine is some element..

So I test now this, on my board is there is capacitor c20, but on working one there is no capacitor on that place, now I don't know is that capacitor on mine board be good solder but when I remove this capacitor I have bip bip, when I put back capacitor I don't have bip bip like don't connect and r270 can't recognize, so continue to see different.
