Everything is ok now. Very easy to repair by obd

Just write ori file without ECU ID.

How you read full via BDM?
I try read EMS 6 Motorrola from scania but can read good only eeprom flash read only FFFFFF.
It is look is emty or tool use wrong driver for read that flash!
I try read and use Fgtech V48 and 54 result is same.
Maybe some one have expireance with that ecus from scania?

I dont know i not see before that files but inside is info in my MPC i have only FFFFFF
