Installed it on a fresh windows 7 32 bit install, and getting a run time error 76, Path not found error.

Uninstalled and re-installed IDSS version 3.7.9 no problems.
Something wrong with these files.

You have to download and install the reg file first, then download and install the IDSS software for it to work right.

I did it on Win 7 Ultimate X64 and it worked fine for me. Looks like it gives 2015 to 2013 model years only though...

I'm installing on fresh copy of Windows 7 Pro and received a couple of .inf errors. 1 states failed to install windrvr6.inf then a wdreg_gui.exe failed trying to install driver error. Then the web updater keeps wanting internet access. Are we supposed to allow it to update from internet?

I just installed it on fresh copy of Windows 7 64 bit with same errors. Although I did not install the reg file before installing as I have never installed a reg crack until the software had been installed.

Ok, This time on a fresh install of Windows 7 64 bit I installed the reg crack first before installing the software per Shaggy76, then installed the IDSS and received the same 2 errors. After install finished and reboot I open IDSS and it is asking for a dealer code and serial number. Was anyone able to install this software and have it working?

I finally figured it out. This runs on Windows XP and all you need to do is use it as an update to a previously installed older version and it works fine.

Google gives an error about a problem with preview, but just click the download button. The it gives another error cannot scan for viruses so just click download anyway and it works fine. I just tried it to be sure.
