Need help with this van please

Dont crank, immobeliser led staying on. Flash cose 23

Engine fault codes
P1602-78 Immobilizer/ECM communication error

Instruement
B2139-60 the pcm identification was not recognised by the pats module. status byte 60
3960 unknown fault code

key programming works ok. erased all keys and programmed 2 keys ok. but noticed that when in key programming all the ignition lights go off , although prog succesfull. As soon as you go out of key programming the dash lights come back on. Tried on an earlier model with separate pats module and the dash stays on. Dont know if this is normal.

Do you think ecu or dash are faulty, although we have comms or just needs pairing. What tool apart from IDS can we use for pairing, i know the normal diagnostics equipment dont have this function.

Thanks for that , it worked great and immo now matched and immo light going off and cranking ok, firing with easy startis

Not starting , coming with fault code
P0003 fuel volume regulator circuit low

is this to do with cut off solenoid ? how/what do i check ?

Hello. I have similar problem. Ford toneo connect 2010. No immo errors in dash. Only in ECU B1622. Dash and ECU eeproms here. Starter work. Engine no start.
