help gt a starview 1 and it comeing up with the number 0 when turn it on. nufing else will cum up.

yea m8 nowt comes up on screen just some colours nufing elese. tryd flashing it again it cum with flsh failed.

iwhen switch it on it says on for a sec then just 0. on tv get all diffrent colour lines when conect it. got another 1 and that work k.
