noob ibox 3 help

hey guys been lookin about the forums & very impressed i got 2 probs

1. ok i just got my new ibox 3 yesterday , i already hav a skybox f3s working fine with satt witch has 6mths gift left but unfortunetly i hav lost all my contact/email detail from my gift supplier , how can i get my gift details
2.how do i get these details onto my ibox 3 to get all chnls

ok figured out the second problem with a free 24hr cam uploaded thru ftp , but still need to figure out how to get my own proper cam file
