Default Seat Alhambra 1.9 TDI 1998 Hot Start

Hello, I have car with hot start problem. Its Seat Alhambra 1.9 TDI 1998 year. I have red two 27C010 chips (low and high).
I never tried to fix this problem and would like to receive some help I tried to open these files with Winols (low and high), but Winols just finds 10 maps. I tried to find the hot start map in 2d view (I got picture how it looks in EDC16, it shouldn't differ much?) but no luck. Sorry for bad English.

Could any1 look at my files and help me out?

    I attach my dumps: Low.zip High.zip

Something is wrong , wrong read.
Try to clean connectors of chips and read again - or post the number of ecu and i will try to find ori from database.

    Here dumps from 028906021GT 1906 0 281 001 735 with hotstart mod.

I guess you already have installed plcc32 sockets... and you are programming 29F010B chips.
