launch x431 Diagun 3 help

hi guys bought a diagun 3 from china seems to work ok but I don't get a list of make and models and I cant go into modules etc ?

I tried my mates hi gives a full list of makes and models etc and he can go into separate models too

basically I get this

Did you register your device on Launch site and download programs to your SD card?
