Renault master 3.0DCi edc16c3.9 Egroff needed

Hi. I have Renault Master 3.0dci. Software is 1037371370. It?s EDC16C3.9
I need EGR off because i think that the egr is stucked in open position and car won`t start without ether.
Also I have power loss while driving.
