But why after 3000 rpm the car wrote P0400? If I am closing right shouldn't write it

Did you fisically shutted down the egr valve, with a blank piece of metalsheet?

No, i only disconnect a vacuum and I close a vacuum pipe.
Why should I put a metal sheet when I close it with EGR map

before mod file you haved sommes probblems with egr?
do not disconect connector

The egr valve, if its not blanked/shutted down with this sheet, always lets some exhaust gases in the intake manifold and disturbs the combustion and as betrescudan sayed you should connect back the connector.

4% it rest opened...if you make the metal sheet,make a drill 3-4 mm...regards

Yes, I haved. Rubber inside in EGR was ripped and i can't found new EGR.
For that i decide to close EGR.
