the reason sports stars and weathly brits live abroad is because they get crippled by 50% tax on their wages.. also if you had the cash dont tell me you'd spend all your time in this god forsaken, wet, windy and overcrowded country.. i too would be on the first plane out of here for 90 days a year..

Yes he can win it.. but as per usual the media will turn and so will the public.. Brits like loosers.. Look at the best in their fields, all hated.. Steve Davis, Nigel Mansell, Steven Hendry, Phill Taylor, Liverpool in the 80's, Man Utd in the 90's, Chelsea now..

The british psychie is to like an underdog, for some stupid reason..

I'm with Oops here, Brits love a loser Scots, English, Welsh or Irish it doesn't matter we hate to see someone doing better than we are. Good luck to the guy I hope he wins Britain needs a few sports superstars might get youngsters off their erse and relise there may be a way out, and as for the money I would be sitting in my villa sipping a cocktail no problem

I think he's got a very good chance this year Lainie, his form of late is really good. I do hope he does, even though I don't particularly like him, his comments about the English a few years ago werent very helpful and i'm sure his face would crack if he smiled.
It would be nice to have a British Wimbledom champ.

ps..Wimbledon would be much better if they played in the nude
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I do not know the answer.
