There is no calculator for MG or Rover EKA codes, they are stored on a database not available to the public.

So how would you go about getting an EKA code for a rover/MG as there are no more dealers anymore ?

The EKA code can be extracted with diagnostic scanners like Autodiagnos and Dec Superscan.

The MG Rover server is now in China & dealers can still access it. Look for dealers of the MG TF. Or search this site, only a couple of days ago this was mentioned with a website that is offering the service. If you need to program a new fob then contact ECU REPAIRS / ECU DECODES & rent their programmer to do it yourself.
