Cks in mod file is ok some maps are not done correctly some are missing by my point of view so for me is not good byt does no matter i just wrote these because i whant to correct cks and i saw file and i wrote these nothing personal just my personal opinion.
And i'am not sure that he need checksum or checking is file if ok or not i think by that chk means check the file.
