This cannot be done by obd. You need to remove the dash and the rear cover. Find a c56 microchip and program with a tool (eeprom reader).
After you have the dump you can post here for adjustment.

Hi, i have a similar problem, broken cluster on an FG. What tool did you use to reprogramme the cluster?
