oooo personalized stickies in intros

I was in the introductions section and I noticed that the "Please read before posting" stickie had my username on it.

That's a nice touch. Practical too. If you are a newbie and you see your username on a page you will want to know what that's all about and have a look. Saves you explaining the 5 post rule etc to them later.

I noticed the search box too. That's handy

I'm know theres lots of things being changed and imporved all the time but these are the most recent two that I think will have a good impact on Newbies.

Thanks for the feedback Dreamer, that's the impact I'm hoping for.

We had quite a few peeps thinking that the shoutbox was the search box, easy mistake to make if you're new to forums but funny if you're not .

The good thing is, each member sees their own username.
