hi all I have started to get this message when I try to look at some web pages
socket connection to 127.0.0.1 failed error code 10061
no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it
any ideas please

try using a different web browser and see if that returns the same error

127.0.0.1 is your loopback device on your computer, are you running any services on your own computer?
