I have a question about this family of MCU SPC560/SPC56AP DATA/CODE flash TEST region and SHADOW region. What is the test region ( code flash test, data flash test, data flash shadow ) ? What is stored there ? What is the purpose of this regions ? If some one knows and want to explain I will be very grateful.
