If you have never done bga work your in for a pretty steep learning curve, not that easy to reball and most important do it so it last.

Dont just look at youtube and think its that easy, youtube is full of amateurs and a few may be decent but dont show you all the important parts

Good price to quality ratio is
ACHI IR PRO SC bga rework.

Few years ago I was busy with laptop/pc repairs and used this station. There is also smaller version ir6000.

BGA stations, maybe someone mentioned before, brand name "Quick".

I have their BGA,their SMD,and their solder station.
It costs money, but it gets the job done.
Also whatever applies to PC/Laptop repairs, doesn't apply to ECU repairs.
    Be careful about temperature.
Infineon TriCore isn't high temperature tolerant.

For stencil, there isn't one for TriCore.
I ordered one to be built, and you can find the one for 0.6mm balls and remake it to serve your purpose.

    Regards,
    Sima

    Hi.
Where did you find the 2016.02 version? The latest and unfortunately not very good, so far it's 2016.0
