Default 1999 VOLVO S80 CEM AND ECU SYNCHRONIZATION

    Hi,
Is there someone who could check the synchronization between CEM and ECU? The problem is sometimes when the engine is running instrument cluster lost the RPM, Speed, Temperature and trip odometer and if you turn it off no doesn't start after until you disconnect the battery. Also there is from time to time I hear a clicking noise from CEM and no start again. Something block the Power Train CAN bus.

    Any ideas?

Here fixed sychronization file. But i don't know is that your problem. But synchrozation was wrong. Test and use fix if helped. Use your own risk!

Which MCU you are pointing (CEM, ECU or Instrument cluster)?
It sounds like a software problem I have replaced already the CEM and ECU with transfer of data.
