Skybox has released a new software dated 04-12-14 for the F3S and F5S models which I have attached below. No release notes are available for this software which can also be downloaded from the official Skybox website. This software should also be compatible with the equivalent Libertview, Openbox, Memobox, etc brand versions of the same models but will obviously change the start up logo to the Skybox logo.

Well my first opinion after installing and doing a quick check of this software is that it is a total waste of time and it's not worth the bother of upgrading to it. Time display is still approximately 3 minutes slow when the epg setting is set to " Internet ". The box still loses time in standby mode and the channel freeze still occurs when changing the favourite category while the epg display is on screen. It looks as if they have tried to fix the Youtube and Youp*rn bugs but the apps still remain a bit buggy with repeated pressing of the OK button needed to get them to work and then buffering/freezing occurring on the Youp*rn app. -

It's a bit infuriating when new firmware is released without any notes as to what has changed. There must be a reason for the new firmware, so why not tell us what it is? Grrr...
Don't think I'll bother upgrading...unless you discover something Earth shattering...like Auto-Bouquets for example! LOL.Comment

Just to confirm, I updated, and Youtube works as before, Youp*rn now works but freezes (source server perhaps)
However EPG still requires manual update
I can't see any other changes.Comment
