AFAIK they use the semi-standard pinout for Component over SCART.
You can buy ready made cables and adapters for peanuts and so making your own is probably not necessary.
Pin 11 = Y
Pin 7 = Pb
Pin 15 = Pr
Corresponding Grounds
Pin 9 = Y gnd
Pin 5 = Pb gnd
Pin 13 = Pr gnd
