EDC16 C39 DTC remove: P0403 + P2620 + limp mode

Hi guys,
Removed throttle and EGR from this car to install a special intake, can anybody help me in removing DTCs and related limp mode?

DTCs are P0403 and P2620 , and they come with limp mode.

DTC are gone, limp mode not. I solved limp mode adding a resistor to emulate EGR valve on plug. If I disconnect EGR (or resistor) I get limp mode with no DTC.

In any case, could you please delete DTC code P061B ? Car runs perfectly now but sometimes this DTC comes. Ecu is deeply modified with some parts from 1.9jtdm 16v so I'm not so worried about this DTC
