USB Loader GX games chrasches, freeses, can't exit one game enter another...

Help me pls, I'm noob and I think that I've messed something up

I've bought Wii that was already softmodded but had OS version 4.2E. So somehow by following some youtube guides I've managed to update it to 4.3E. In proces I've used letterbomb tool and ModMii. Final result was that some games work and some dont, for example SM Bros and Epic mickey 1 work but COD and Epick mickey 2 does not.
In that proces also there was two USB Loader GX icons on home screen so I've uninstalled them both now but now I don't know which version I should install cause there are 3 versions: for IOS 249, 222 and 250 - which do I need?

Also in purchase there was some crappy 2,5" 160gb ext. HDD which I suspect that is causing some loading problems because some games tend to short freeze for sec or two, usually happens in pregame animations but sometimes in games also so I was thinking to format my other drive which is "WD 250GB My passport" which as I can see is marked as fully compatibile. I was planing to split in in two partitions: 1gb FAT32 for covers and other in WBFS for games

I've found that I should run ModMii and with SU option to check my sysCheck.csv file. result is that all files are up to date
