I think the dongle is needed to read/upload data directly to ecu via k-line

I guess this is used just to renew the file. Then write directly unto the chip.

This make great difference in the file but I did not test if it works in the car one thing I saw was that when pulling the file does not show the vin and even if I put the vin it does not go into the file
