    Just done my phone call got it reduced to ?21.50 pretty good comparing all the other providers and they could not do enough for me called me back three times to see if I was happy.
    but would not give it to me for free just give me ?50 credit. so no bill for next two months.

    yes m8 and was adamant cancelled and they rang me back 5mins later offering me the above deal but tied for 12 months at that price. ?50 credit was ok though told them it kept going off and was not getting the service they promised.


    my wife done it a year or so ago in the middle of our contract and got a good deal but TBH I don't argue with her either .

    Bar stewards still charging me full whack and now I am only getting 8mb to 19.7mb instead of what has been promised totally pissed now told them to come and take their equipment out spent too many hours on the phone with them took me 38mins to get through to speak to someone.

    Keep us informed of how things go mate. I am gonna throw my cancellation in soon. I want something, ie a mobile hotspot to take over if it does get cancelled. Or get a new BT line in.
    I am hardly at home nowadays, so don't need it 24/7.

    Unless you have a really good signal I wouldn't even bother with a mobile hotspot. I'm not that far from a mast and still get sh*t speeds on mobile Internet. It's not all it's cracked up to be.

    I got a mobile modem from currys for ?20 on a 30day contract paid the 30days and cancelled then unlocked it from EE just use giffgaff and top it up when needed works out a lot cheaper.

    received a new modem from them on Friday all up and running again someone from customer services is supposed to be ringing me on Tuesday will try and get my bill reduced again. I have sent back my cancellation notice for the new contract above see if I can get a bit more leverage. TBH VM are the cheapest around.

    I don't have a land line anymore as I was paying for all these gob shite's to ring me up to sell their crap to me, as I never use the landline for calls just use my mobile.
