Hello i have a mercedes completely dead w203 2002 c class , how do i turn ignition on to do a diagnostics , maybe key ezs or ?

Mercedes r270 class
My machine is telling me eis ezs faulty, with live data of ezs when i insert key it can see it but no response no turning so i suspect its ezs ,
Is there a way to tell if its the hardware or software of the eis? Im going to read ezs and see any tip appreciated

i have manage to read ezs but dump is no good please can someone repair and make me keys
