2010 renault traffic speed limiter

Can anyone tell me where is speed limiter set on this van? ecu flash/eeprom?

I just purchased this van today, only to find out it will only do 68MPH

It is a 2 ltr engine.

Any tools can do this by obd (I dont have clip)

Its in flash if factory limiter . if set at dealer tech 2 can reset it

What ecu is in it? Read the flash and post here. 99% sure I can disable it in there.

im sure delpji 2013 can remove if its factory
